Your Country Kitchen Supply Cupboard

It is much more likely to find the following items in a country kitchen cupboard than in a first aid kit, so as I provide you with the contents of your first aid kit, a more fitting containment is a cupboard, but if you want to put together an actual kit; that would be very appropriate.

This is a basic list of supplies that I will continue adding on to:

1. A small bottle of powdered Cayenne Pepper.
2. A bottle of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
3. A bottle of 500 Mg. Vitamin C tablets (Ascorbic Acid)
4. A 16 ounce jar of Edible clay
5. A pound or so of external clay
6. At least 16 ounces of Micro Particle Silver
7. An old fashioned hot water bottle
8. A large rubber ice pack (with a large lid where you put ice into the bag)
9. A bottle of each: part A and part B of The Body Water Purifier.
10. A box of Bicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda).
11. One or two Aloe Vera potted plants.
